YES (Youth Empowerment and Sustainable Development Foundation) was founded in 2002 by Frank Materu with a single purpose: to unlock the potential of Tanzania's youth. What started as a small community initiative has grown into a comprehensive support network offering special needs therapy, vocational training, and early childhood development.
We believe that every young person deserves access to quality education, healthcare, and mentorship. Over the past two decades we have supported over 5,000 children and trained 200+ therapists and teachers.
