On 23rd February 2026, a strong storm with heavy rains and powerful winds severely damaged Ekklesia School in Dar es Salaam. The roof was completely destroyed, walls developed large cracks, and classrooms, furniture, and learning materials were badly affected.
This disaster has deeply disrupted our children's education and left them without a safe and conducive learning environment. Many of the affected children, including those with special needs, now face uncertainty in their early learning journey.
We are making a heartfelt appeal to compassionate individuals, organizations, and well-wishers to support the restoration of our school. Your contribution will help repair the damaged structures, replace learning materials, and rebuild a safe, loving, and dignified place of learning for our children.
